Chad Kevan
Chad is our Principal Occupational Therapist and our Occupational Therapy Driver Assessor guru.
Chad graduated from Curtin University in 2006 and has been a registered Occupational Therapist since then. He is AHPRA registered (registration number OCC0001757343) and is a voluntary member of Occupational Therapy Australia. He has post graduate qualifications in driver assessments and vehicle modifications (201708).
Chad has significant experience supporting a wide variety of clients in Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland. He has provided rehabilitation within the Worker’s Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident schemes, specialising in complex and serious injury.
Chad is skilled at prescribing assistive technology and is particularly passionate about assisting people to choose and use the right wheelchair for them. He’s also experienced in complex home modifications.
Chad has a clinical interest in Occupational Therapy driver assessments, driver rehabilitation, vehicle modifications and wheelchair prescriptions.
As an avid cyclist Chad understands and advocates for the need of clients and their families to have an interest or hobby that is ‘just theirs’.
